Hack Certified Public Accountant John@hackcpa.com   John is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years experience in large regional accounting firms. John started his accounting practice in 1998 so he could concentrate on the tax and accounting issues of closely held companies. In addition to providing traditional tax and accounting services, John also assists companies in the following financial areas: - Purchase and sale of a business - Controllership services for companies that are not large enough to afford a full-   time Chief Financial Officer   - Tax audits and tax litigation - Tax research in areas such as federal income tax, Wisconsin income tax and    Wisconsin sales tax.  -  Business planning and budgeting John received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. John also supports other local small businesses as a member of the Wausau Area Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Committee.  John is available to assist you or your company. Anderson Certified Public Accountant Terry@hackcpa.com     Terry is a Certified Public Accountant who joined Hack CPA, S.C. in November 2003. He brought with him over 25 years experience in the accounting industry including, 10 years as an audit manager in a large regional firm and 15 years as a Controller in the private sector. Terry specializes in the audit and review of financial statements for non-profit and private sector companies.        Terry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.    Debra A. Sibley, BSA, MAFM  Senior Accountant deb@hackcpa.com  Deb is a Senior Accountant at Hack CPA, S.C. with five years of public accounting experience who joined the firm in November 2006. Deb’s past accounting experience includes working for and with businesses in a variety of industries.  Deb has an Associate degree in Marketing and in 2008, received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University. In June 2011, Deb completed her graduate studies and received a Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, emphasis in Certified Public Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. Her graduate course studies have focused on such topics as; Advanced Studies in Federal Taxes and Management Decisions, Advanced Accounting Information Systems, Advanced Business Law, and Advanced Concepts in Accounting and Financial Management. She is also currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Public Accountant license.  Deb provides accounting, income and payroll tax services to small businesses, including working with ever changing payroll tax laws. She additionally provides assistance with new business set ups; on-line federal and state tax reporting and IRS notice resolution. Deb also provides clients with QuickBooks accounting software support.  Deb is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Public Accountants.
