Reviews

A review consists principally of inquiries of Company personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data. It is substantially less in scope then an audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. We will issue accountants report on a client's financial statements issued with the sole purpose of issuing an opinion to third parties and will state, "Based on my review, I am not aware of any material modifications that should be made to the accompanying financial statements in order for them to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principle's"

Compilations

This service is limited to presenting the clients financial data in financial statement format. We will issue an accountants report stating that "We have not audited or reviewed the accompanying financial statements, and accordingly do not express an opinion or any other form of assurance on them.
